Founded to empower IT and engineering freelancers, Hightekers handles all administrative management, allowing freelancers to focus on what they do best. Our innovative digital platform ensures freelancers can manage documents and information effortlessly while connecting with a global network of like-minded professionals. We are currently looking for a Business Developer to drive Hightekers' expansion in the UAE B2B Market. In this role, you will build and nurture relationships with new and existing accounts, promote our services, and contribute to the company’s growth. Your Responsibilities in this role:
- Sales and Advisory: Promote and sell Hightekers’ innovative services to IT companies and recruitment agencies in the UAE Region.
- Sales Strategy Support: Assist in defining and executing sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition.
- Prospect Development: Build and manage a portfolio of prospects through channels such as Sales Navigator and networking, ensuring consistent follow-up.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting to deal closure.
- Solution Analysis: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms with clients to close deals successfully.
- Portfolio Management: Build and maintain client portfolios in assigned regions, focusing on strong relationships and client retention.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery and meet client expectations.
- Event Participation: Represent Hightekers at both online and offline events to increase market presence and engagement.
- Client and Consultant Experience: Ensure a high-quality experience for clients and consultants, enhancing Hightekers’ reputation in the UAE B2B market.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in Sales or Business Development within a B2B environment.
- Background in a related industry (e.g., umbrella, EOR, recruitment agency) is essential.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong can-do attitude, sales-driven, with effective time management skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflict and resolution effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Fluency in other European languages (e.g., Spanish, French, etc.).
