The HR Executive will support the Head of Talent Management in executing daily HR operations, ensuring smooth and effective implementation of core HR activities across the employee lifecycle. This role involves hands-on management of HR functions, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, PRO tasks, insurance, leave management, Emiratization records, and general HR operations. The HR Executive plays a critical role in ensuring compliance, providing administrative support, and maintaining an exceptional employee experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment and Onboarding Support

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and managing documentation.
  • Support onboarding activities, including preparation of offer letters, and gathering new hire documentation.
  • Ensure all onboarding paperwork and processes are completed accurately and timely.
2. HR Operations and Administration
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll inputs, and managing HR databases (HRIS).
  • Oversee Emiratization records management, tracking Emirati employee data, maintaining compliance with government requirements, and supporting reporting needs.
  • Provide administrative support for HR functions, including document preparation, report generation, and records management.
  • Handle HR inquiries from employees, ensuring accurate and prompt responses.
3. Employee Relations and Engagement
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing support and escalating issues to the Head of Talent Management as needed.
  • Assist in implementing engagement initiatives and collecting feedback to support a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate employee events, activities, and engagement programs to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
4. PRO Services and Compliance
  • Work with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) team to support visa processing, renewals, and other government-related documentation.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee visa and contract records, coordinating with PRO services to stay compliant with UAE labor laws.
  • Support the Head of Talent Management in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
5. Leave Management
  • Oversee the leave management process, including tracking and updating employee leave balances.
  • Process leave applications, maintain accurate leave records, and ensure compliance with company leave policies.
  • Provide leave reports for payroll processing and assist in leave planning to ensure adequate staffing levels.
6. Insurance Management
  • Manage medical and workman’s compensation insurance, including additions, deletions, and renewals for employees.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers to ensure accurate policy updates and resolve any coverage issues.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to insurance, ensuring timely and efficient claim processing and support.
7. Benefits Administration · Processing of benefits administration, ensuring timely enrolments, updates, and communication with employees regarding benefits. 8. Offboarding and Exit Process
  • Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews, final settlements, and ensuring compliance with offboarding protocols.
Desired Candidate Profile Candidate Profile
  • Experience :
  • Previous HR experience in the construction industry is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee relations, and UAE-specific compliance (e.g., PRO tasks, Emiratization).
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and government-related HR requirements.
  • Education :
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Location : Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
Skills and Competencies
  • Technical Skills :
  • Proficient in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and databases.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with visa processing and compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Soft Skills :
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle employee relations matters with discretion.
  • Administrative Skills :
  • Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation.
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and managing documentation efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are advantageous.
  • Mandatory 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR, in the construction industry in UAE..
  • Proven ability to handle PRO tasks and Emiratization requirements.
