We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning Engineer with a BE / in Mechanical Engineering and extensive proficiency in Primavera 6. With at least 8 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning, scheduling, and overseeing the execution of our engineering projects. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed within scope, time, and budget constraints, contributing significantly to our operational success. Main Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive project schedules and plans using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to identify project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Perform detailed risk analysis on project schedules, identifying potential delays and developing mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule, reporting discrepancies and recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to ensure timely material delivery and project execution.
- Lead regular planning and progress meetings, providing updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and schedule adjustments.
- Implement and maintain project controls and tracking systems for cost, time, and quality management.
- Analyze project performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
