Job details

1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Building

Identify and target potential clients including corporates, individuals, and organizations for events such as weddings, conferences, product launches, and exhibitions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, meetings, and networking.

2. Sales Strategy and Execution

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Promote the company's services including event planning, venue management, catering, and technical support to prospective clients.
Create customized proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.

3. Market Research and Lead Generation

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive offerings, and potential opportunities.
Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging social media.

4. Negotiation and Contract Management

Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Draft, review, and finalize contracts to clearly outline the scope of services, timelines, and payment terms.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams

Collaborate with event planners, designers, and other internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Communicate client requirements effectively to the operations team to ensure seamless event execution.
