Job details

Reach International is working with this global accountancy firm to appoint a Corporate Restructuring Senior Manager to their Dubai, UAE office.

The Role

  1. Review and agree actions required with the client/stakeholders and agree implementation plans.
  2. Solve complex problems and illustrate benefits of the implementation plan to potential investors.
  3. Recognise and deal with the complex implications of the restructuring (i.e., tax and cross-border issues) utilising the Firm’s internal network of professionals.
  4. Liaising with investment managers, administrators, lawyers, and regulatory bodies.
  5. Staff management and team performance.
  6. Business development and practice development.

The Candidate

  1. Degree educated.
  2. Fully qualified ACA / ACCA / CPA / JIEB or equivalent.
  3. Considerable Corporate Restructuring and Financial Advisory experience.
  4. Strong negotiation and communication skills to get buy-in to restructuring plans.
  5. Ability to lead and empower team members.
