Reach International is working with this global accountancy firm to appoint a Corporate Restructuring Senior Manager to their Dubai, UAE office.
The Role
- Review and agree actions required with the client/stakeholders and agree implementation plans.
- Solve complex problems and illustrate benefits of the implementation plan to potential investors.
- Recognise and deal with the complex implications of the restructuring (i.e., tax and cross-border issues) utilising the Firm’s internal network of professionals.
- Liaising with investment managers, administrators, lawyers, and regulatory bodies.
- Staff management and team performance.
- Business development and practice development.
The Candidate
- Degree educated.
- Fully qualified ACA / ACCA / CPA / JIEB or equivalent.
- Considerable Corporate Restructuring and Financial Advisory experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to get buy-in to restructuring plans.
- Ability to lead and empower team members.
