Job details

To implement, maintain, and develop VM trends in all Mouawad boutiques, ensuring that the most effective VM guidelines are used for seeking customer attention in line with the brand guidelines. To make the most effective use of resources in presenting collections and high jewelry in the best commercial way to increase sales and brand awareness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop Mouawad VM Guidelines, select and create local relevant assets, with a focus on the region/country.
Define, design, and implement a creative appealing & eye-catching merchandising plan as per brand guidelines.
Coordinate with the suppliers on VM Campaigns production according to the VM Calendar.
Maintain the store display standards and ensure adherence to the Mouawad brand display standards.
Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, and special promotions displays.
Remain aware of all in-store development e.g.: new ranges, promotions, top sellers to ensure adequate merchandising and support.
Coordination and follow-up on invoicing and budgets per lines/per markets.
Monitor VM costs and work within budget. Oversee the production and brief staff on arranging displays.
Research lifestyle, demographics, and design trends.
Provide ongoing Visual training to the team to ensure brand standards and Visual execution is consistent in all stores.
Conduct regular store visits in all the Mouawad boutiques – GCC, Hong Kong, London, and other markets to make sure that the brand image is respected and make sure all the needed snags are corrected after the visit.
Provide forecast recommendation for each campaign and update the local team on any changes.
Create VM reports after each campaign.
Animate the Brands Community with various VM communication tools (newsletters, trainings, key infos to relay…).
Coach and build strong relations with local VM Ambassadors/frontliners, so that they can help maintain display.
Measure the impact of local Visual merchandising action plans and issue monthly/weekly report.
Maintain updated VM book and ensure implementation in all boutiques.
Prepare a yearly merchandising report and analyze data to derive direction for the following year.
All other duties as reasonably requested by the Marketing Director.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising in Luxury or Watches and Jewelry retail, preferably in the Middle East.
Photography skills could be a plus.

Pro-active, dynamic, and practical.
Well organized with a capacity to adapt to a fast-moving environment.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent product knowledge of the industry.
