Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Graphic Designer with a European education or professional background to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the Chairman with high-level concepts and creative tasks to enhance and implement our European brand strategy. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Chairman to develop and execute high-level design concepts.
Lead creative initiatives that align with the European brand strategy.
Provide innovative and strategic design solutions for various projects.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual and design elements.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Create and manipulate 3D models using Blender for visualizing product designs.
Develop engaging product animations to effectively showcase products.
Design user interfaces and experiences using Figma to enhance digital engagement.
Utilize expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create stunning graphic designs.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring design visions to life.
Reports to: CMO & Chairman

Qualifications:

European education or significant professional experience in a similar role.
Proven track record of creating and executing high-level design concepts.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and strategic design work.
Expertise in creating and manipulating 3D models (Blender) and product animation.
Proficiency in web design, particularly in UI/UX design using Figma.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
