A N D Luxury Properties is seeking highly motivated Real Estate Agents with a proven track record in off-plan sales. Join our professional team and represent some of the most exclusive properties in Dubai. Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on purchasing and selling off-plan properties in Dubai.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and developers.
- Analyze market trends, property values, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for property promotion.
- Provide regular transaction updates to clients.
- Assist in preparing legal documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct property tours and relocations for project viewings.
- Collaborate effectively with team members while maintaining individual accountability.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and industry trends.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Language: Fluent in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
- High Commission Structure: 50%+ for experienced agents.
- Company Visa & RERA Card provided.
- Continuous lead generation campaigns and marketing support.
