A N D Luxury Properties is seeking highly motivated Real Estate Agents with a proven track record in off-plan sales. Join our professional team and represent some of the most exclusive properties in Dubai. Responsibilities:

  1. Advise clients on purchasing and selling off-plan properties in Dubai.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and developers.
  3. Analyze market trends, property values, and competitive landscapes.
  4. Develop and execute marketing strategies for property promotion.
  5. Provide regular transaction updates to clients.
  6. Assist in preparing legal documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
  7. Conduct property tours and relocations for project viewings.
  8. Collaborate effectively with team members while maintaining individual accountability.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai.
  2. Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and industry trends.
  3. Valid UAE driving license.
  4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  6. Language: Fluent in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).

About the Role: This is a full-time, on-site position at A N D Luxury Properties, Dubai. You will be responsible for off-plan property sales, negotiation, and providing top-tier customer service while working within a professional and supportive team. Qualifications:
  1. Proven real estate sales experience, particularly in off-plan properties.
  2. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  3. Ability to deliver property consultations and training.
  4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  5. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred).
