Oversee daily operations and management of the real estate company.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.
Manage and lead a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to foster business growth.
Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in the real estate industry.
Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of real estate operations, regulations, and market trends.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Certification or licensure in real estate management or brokerage is a plus.

Salary during the first 3 months: 25,000 AED per month
Salary after probation period: 30,000 AED per month
Post-probation commission structure: A conventional commission structure will be implemented after the probation period.
