Job Purpose:

To execute e-sourcing projects using the Ariba Sourcing Pro tool. Work with the buyers and category specialists to ensure adoption of the e-sourcing tool.

Description:

  1. Adoption of online bidding tool.
  2. Savings delivered through e-sourcing.
  3. Building E-sourcing pipeline.
  4. Knowledge Management.

E-Sourcing:

  1. Work with the buying team and business stakeholders to identify spends which are appropriate for e-sourcing.
  2. Work with the buyers and the contract owners to capture all information required for the online sourcing project.
  3. Create the right lotting strategy.
  4. Create RFI's and RFQ's with cost breakdowns and release to the market using the Ariba sourcing tool.
  5. Create online negotiation events in the Ariba sourcing tool by selecting the right bidding format, market feedback, and bidding rules.
  6. Create and manage all documentation required for the online event.
  7. Be the single point of contact for the suppliers regarding the e-sourcing event. Train suppliers on the online sourcing tool.
  8. Collect post-bid cost breakdowns and work with.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Post-Graduate with relevant experience in Procurement.
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience in E-Sourcing.
  3. Experience of using Ariba Sourcing tool is a must.
  4. Good analytical skills.
  5. Good communication skills.
  6. Good presentation skills.
  7. Proficiency in English.
