Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the operation that focuses on the Amazon Logistics operation.
- Support your team in daily management of the station, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
- Being obsessed with metrics and diving deep to find root causes quickly to drive improvements.
- Finding practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality.
- Utilizing exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business and technical audiences.
- Providing day-to-day support during the rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes and gathering feedback.
- Continuously utilizing software and hardware tools to ensure normal day-to-day operations.
- Ensuring associates have proper tools to perform the job and coordinating repair or replacement when needed.
- Communicating daily metrics and reporting exceptions.

- Supporting your team of Operations Supervisors and the operations leadership team in daily management of the delivery station, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with internal and external suppliers, including agency management representatives and their drivers.
- Working to KPIs such as Delivery On Time, First Time Delivery Success, and Enhancing Customer Service.
- Thinking analytically about project management with attention to detail, the ability to influence others, and exceptional organizational skills.
- Using metrics and diving deep to find root causes quickly to drive improvements.
- Finding practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality.
- Providing day-to-day support during the rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes and gathering feedback.
- Mapping business requirements, understanding business processes, studying and analyzing workflows, and designing solutions.
- Continuously utilizing software and hardware tools to ensure normal day-to-day operations. Ensuring associates have proper tools to perform the job and coordinating repair or replacement when needed.
- Communicating daily metrics and reporting exceptions.
- 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts.
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience.
