Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fintech Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in the heart of the Computer Software industry. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing cutting-edge software solutions that are redefining the delivery of financial and other services. You will collaborate with a passionate team to build and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications that drive innovation in the financial services industry. Job Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and implement complex and scalable fintech & web software solutions, utilizing industry-standard frameworks and best practices.
  2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions.
  3. Implement and maintain APIs and software components following established protocols and ensuring high performance.
  4. Troubleshoot and debug software issues independently and collaboratively, delivering timely and effective resolutions.
  5. Champion quality assurance by adhering to best practices, conducting code reviews, and ensuring software meets all defined standards.
  6. Continuously improve software performance and efficiency through code optimization, performance analysis, and implementation of new technologies.
  7. Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in the fintech space, actively researching and proposing solutions to improve functionality and efficiency.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  2. Minimum of 8 years of experience developing software applications in a fintech or financial services environment.
  3. Working knowledge of financial systems and processes is a strong plus.
  4. Experience with micro-frontend architectures and microservices is preferred.
  5. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
  6. Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
  7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  9. Passion for innovation and a desire to shape the future of the financial services industry through technology.
