Job Description ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team in Qatar. As a UI/UX Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience and engagement for our clients in the Information Technology and Services industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing digital solutions. Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  2. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve design and functionality.
  3. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  4. Conduct research to understand user needs and behaviour.
  5. Collaborate with teams to ensure cohesive design and functionality.
  6. Conduct usability tests to gather feedback and improve the design.
  7. Collaborate with developers to implement interactive and responsive UI components, using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.
  8. Use design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD to create high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes.
  9. Develop reusable UI components and libraries to ensure consistent design patterns across applications.
  10. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  11. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
  12. Ensure designs are consistent with organizational standards and brand guidelines.
Required Profile We are looking for a dedicated and creative professional with a strong background in UI/UX design and development. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role.
  3. Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools.
  4. Strong understanding of user-centred design principles.
  5. Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  8. Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and design decisions.
