Job Title: Branch Sales Officer Job Summary: The Branch Sales Officer is responsible for generating sales, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role involves promoting banking products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new customers to drive branch sales.
Promote and sell banking products, including loans, credit cards, and deposits.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Provide financial advice and recommend suitable banking solutions.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to branch profitability.
Ensure adherence to banking policies and regulatory guidelines.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a results-driven approach.
Knowledge of banking products and services.
