Hiring for one of the leading Paper Bag manufacturing companies in Dubai for the role of Sales Manager. Note: Looking for candidates only from Paper Bag Industry. Main purpose of the role: The role will be responsible for sales, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets in the paper packaging industry. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of the packaging industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Your primary role entails spearheading sales and marketing efforts to secure new business opportunities.
Identify key countries in which retailers continue to use paper bags as follows:

Papers Products
SOS Handle Bags (Flat and twisted)
Satchel Bags
Film Front

Obtain a list of key retailer's contact information and market our group to gain potential interest in our product offerings.
Identify key large distributors in each country who we can also service as they may already have a captured customer base with us to serve their customers with our range of products.
For the initial six months, your key objective is to identify and contact key customers, retailers, and distributors in the world.
Your progress will be subject to monthly reviews, emphasizing the number of prospective customers you've identified, the number contacted, and the volume of responses received.
Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes.

Knowledge/ Skills/ Experience: Essential:

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the paper and plastic packaging industry.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
5-7 years of sales experience in a sales management role preferably in a paper product manufacturing organization.

Desirable:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
