Job Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting planning, coordination, implementation of a project, programs, and activities.
  2. Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the project.
  3. Coordinating and managing project tasks and deliverables.
  4. Contributing to the development of projects.
  5. Maintaining budget and tracking expenditures/transactions.
  6. Managing communications through in person, by phone, media relations, social media, etc.
  7. Helping build positive relations within the team and external parties.
  8. Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, maintaining agenda, making purchases, drafting invoices, etc.
  9. Researching information as required.
  10. Analyzing data as required.
  11. Preparing project performance reports, weekly progression updates.
  12. Keeping track of and reporting on project progress.
  13. Preparing reports by collecting and analyzing information.
  14. Ensuring technology is used correctly for all operations (classroom setup, video conferencing, presentations, etc.).
  15. Preparing paperwork and ordering material.
  16. Keeping updated records and creating reports or proposals before, during, and after project.
  17. Supporting growth and project development.
  18. Assisting in the updating of project files, plans, budgets, and policies.
  19. Coordinating data collected from the project.
  20. Representing the company on internal and external committees/organizations.
  21. Sending training proposals to clients and negotiating terms and cost of training.
  22. Attending meetings and writing minutes of meetings (MoM).
  23. Developing contracts and terms of agreement.
  24. Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems.
  25. Maintaining accurate records of project management operations, schedules, and expenditure.
  26. Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner.
  27. Supporting the team as needed, when needed.
  28. Flexibility to accommodate after-hours commitments as needed.
  29. Willingness to work on weekends when necessary.
  30. Flexibility to travel as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile: Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business or related major.
  • Two years experience.
  • Proven experience in a relevant position.
  • Experience in any management software.
  • Knowledge of project management and development procedures.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping, and reporting.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work with diversity in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
