Leasing Manager (Mall) – Arabic Speakers

My client is a leading asset management company in the region. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Leasing Manager to join their team in Sharjah, where the complex comprises a mall as well as offices. The Leasing Manager will lead a team of leasing executives, operating within the commercial property space. This role is ideal for a Senior Leasing Executive looking for the next step up.

Language Requirements

Arabic - Fluent / Excellent English - Fluent / Excellent

Requirements

  • Own a Car: Any
  • Have Driving License: Any
  • Preferably a Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least eight years global experience, with UAE experience as a must.
  • Demonstrable track record in leasing operations.
You will have day-to-day responsibility for the leasing operations of thousands of property units and the respective duties that come with a senior management opportunity.
