Our client is a project engineering logistics company specializing in project cargo solutions. They collaborate with major Chinese state-owned enterprises, providing comprehensive logistics solutions across the Middle East. With a sales center in Dubai and plans to invest in warehouses and fleets in Dammam and Jeddah, the company is actively expanding its regional footprint. Job Summary: Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage logistics projects, ensuring efficient execution from planning to final delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project cargo, customs clearance, transportation management, and international trade regulations. This role requires excellent coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, and a hands-on approach to managing operations. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end project logistics operations, including cargo planning, execution, and delivery.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, customs authorities, and internal teams to optimize supply chain performance.
Oversee customs clearance and compliance procedures, ensuring adherence to Saudi Arabia, UAE, and international regulations.
Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers, optimizing cost and efficiency.
Ensure proper handling of oversized, heavy-lift, and special cargo, complying with industry best practices.
Provide real-time project tracking, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies.
Support the company’s expansion plans in Dammam, Jeddah, and other Middle Eastern markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or project cargo management.
Proven track record in managing complex logistics projects, preferably in the Middle East region.
Strong understanding of customs regulations, Incoterms, and international trade policies.
Experience with heavy-lift, oversized cargo, and breakbulk shipments is a plus.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in English; Chinese or Arabic is a plus.
Willingness to travel as required for project execution.
