Role Description: We are seeking a Purchasing Assistant to join our team in Dubai . This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a crucial role in supporting our purchasing department by managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth procurement operations. Key Responsibilities:

Process purchase orders and maintain accurate documentation.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues.
Encode and update information in the system.
Provide administrative support to the purchasing department.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and PDF tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
