To assist Parts Manager in parts department’s planning and budgeting to achieve sales and financial targets.

  • Maintain the stock/inventory under the guidelines of management.
  • Ensure the implementation of all procedures/rules and quality/QMA audit.
  • Assist the Parts Manager in preparation of departmental/individual targets and quality objectives.
  • Ensure proper, efficient, and timely effective branch transfer of parts.
  • Monitor and ensure the Parts Advisors are following up on customer orders.
  • Ensure proper stocking of all parts, annual/perpetual inventory, and reporting to Parts Manager.
  • Monitor stock levels (minimum/maximum) and report to Parts Manager.
  • Analyze and discuss with Parts Manager the monthly stock structure and availability.
  • Ensure the accessories and lifestyle displays and campaigns are effective.
  • Develop parts stockholding at levels to ensure first-time availability of parts at least 90%.
  • Monitor continuously all factors affecting operations and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure minimum obsolete stock.
  • Administer and resolve all customer parts inquiries and complaints in a competent and timely manner.
  • Regularly review suitable training to ensure the development of parts personnel.
  • Organize proper and accurate receiving, booking, and binning of all consignment as per QMA/BMW guidelines.
  • Supervise order & delivery dates, coordinate deadlines with parts sales, parts store, and EDP.
  • Raise all claims of stock/excess, damages, or insurance to BMW and other suppliers.
  • Follow up on claims reimbursement, ensuring the system is updated.
  • Submit reports, NPM, GRV, LPO, costing, branch transfer, and claims for approval.
  • Coordinate with wholesale coordinator and control the supply of wholesale orders of wholesale customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service, maintaining standards required to meet business objectives.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by translating dealership objectives to consistently meet and exceed expectations.
  • Promote AGMC to create public awareness of commitment to customer satisfaction & service excellence.
  • Establish and maintain a participative and supportive team culture amongst all team members.
  • Communicate clear performance objectives and individual performance targets to all team members.
  • Inform the team on their operational performance through team meetings.
  • Contribute to building a positive team spirit by fostering commitment to goals and objectives.
  • Encourage open & honest interaction & communication with all departments and Department Manager, promoting mutual benefits & respect towards achieving common goals in the best interest of the company.
  • Establish and communicate a compelling vision, create competitive winning strategies, and ensure dealership strategies are aligned with company objectives.
Candidate Specifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • 4-6 years experience as Assistant Parts Manager in a dealership, preferably with luxury brands.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Technical knowledge in parts operations.
