Seeking an experienced and highly driven Business Development Director to drive growth across Africa. This role, based in Dubai, requires frequent travel and a strong understanding of the fintech, payments, or digital assets landscape. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, financial institutions, and private sector players.
Lead business negotiations, deal structuring, and financial modelling for new partnerships.
Provide market intelligence and insights to guide business strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align offerings with client needs.

Minimum Requirements:

10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within fintech, payments, financial services, or digital assets.
Ability to navigate cultural differences and collaborate effectively across diverse regions in a remote work environment.
Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate deals, and drive business growth.
Experience with financial modelling and forecasting for partnership opportunities.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
Strong communication and presentation skills; fluency in English (French/Arabic a plus).

Further information & Benefits:

Competitive base salary of up to 800,000 AED + 20% Bonus + RSUs.
Remote first business, but based in Dubai with travel to Africa required.
Candidates looking to relocate to Dubai can be considered for this role.
