Job details

(GAC) is seeking a highly experienced Application Specialist to implement all procedures and activities related to electronic applications and services, including requirements studies, downloading, operating and monitoring applications, providing technical support, managing user accounts, in addition to raising awareness and training employees, ensuring security compliance, and documenting information. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes and studies the objectives and requirements of programs, systems and applications to clarify their stages of development and develops and implements their programming processes to effectively meet the requirements of organizational units.
  • Tests the operation of programs, systems, and applications to detect errors and make necessary adjustments to the way data is processed or encoded to solve their problems.
  • Installs and launches new systems applications and versions to implement planned updates.
  • Prepares guides and presentations and offers workshops and training to raise awareness and knowledge of employees about applications.
  • Initiates the proactive implementation of safeguards to ensure security compliance for all applications and systems with security controls and standards.
  • Documents all aspects related to applications and e-services to ensure reliable reference to the enterprise infrastructure.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar fields.
  • 0-2 years of experience in the job field.
  • Holding one of the following professional certificates is preferred:
    • Microsoft Certified Solution Expert
    • Certified Data Administrator
    • Microsoft SQL Server
    • Oracle Certified Professional
    • SDLC / DevOps or equivalent
    • ITIL
  • Experience using .NET Core
  • Advanced experience in UX/UI
  • Advanced courses in Angular
