Responsibilities

  • The Senior Mechanical (Generator) Engineer shall provide cost-effective, timely, and efficient support while ensuring safety and compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
  • Prepare bidding documents, evaluate bids, carry out clarifications, conduct meetings, review designs, engineering drawings, and supervise the installation and commissioning activities related to gas turbine generators and compressor installation/replacement/operation & maintenance of future and ongoing projects.
  • Assess existing facilities' remaining lifetime through the confirmation of existing generator system operational risks.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and experience in gas turbine generator engineering & installation (Mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the application of process operation systems and technology in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
  • Excellent understanding of the whole system of gas turbine generator packages (electrical & rotating) and compressors.
  • Understanding of any discipline engineering including process, piping, and instruments.
