Job Title: Restaurant Manager Location: Jumeirah 3, Dubai Vacancy: 1 Vacancy We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service, optimizing customer satisfaction, and leading a dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure the highest levels of customer service.
- Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and handle ordering and receiving products while controlling costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.
- Drive sales growth by analyzing performance metrics and implementing effective strategies.
- Address customer concerns, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Prepare reports on restaurant performance metrics, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and quality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
