Industry: Architectural & Interior Design, Landscaping, and Finishing Services Location: Saudi Arabia, Riyadh Job Summary We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our presence in the Saudi market within the architectural design, interior & exterior design, landscape design, and finishing services sectors. The ideal candidate must have a strong track record in building sales pipelines and generating leads , serving both B2C and B2B clients, including residential and commercial projects . This role requires proactive outreach, market research, client engagement, and relationship-building to secure new business opportunities. The BDE will represent the company at the highest standards, ensuring that potential clients fully understand the value and quality of our services. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive sales growth in the Saudi market .
- Identify and approach new leads, key decision-makers, and potential clients in residential and commercial projects .
- Perform daily sales cold calls with B2C & B2B clients, arrange for customer and consultant meetings, and demonstrate the company’s portfolio.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects, real estate developers, contractors, consultants, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring long-term client relationships.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, focusing on lead generation, client meetings, and revenue growth .
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the architectural design, interior design, landscaping, or finishing services industry.
- Deep knowledge of the Saudi market and a strong network within the construction, real estate, and design sectors .
- Strong ability to generate leads and build sales pipelines across both B2C and B2B sectors.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills .
- Business-oriented mindset with a high level of professionalism and self-motivation .
- Ability to work independently without direct monitoring or coaching .
- Must have a valid driving license and a personal vehicle .
- Transferable Iqama is required.
- Being a Saudi national is a big plus .
- This is a field-based role , not an office-based position. The BDE will spend most of their time in cold calls, meeting with clients, building relationships, and generating business .
