Sales Account Manager - Dubai/Abu Dhabi (IT Services and IT Consulting)

Responsibilities:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the IT Services and Consulting sector to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base, leveraging market research and industry trends.
Conduct in-depth needs analysis for clients to tailor IT solutions that drive their business objectives effectively.
Collaborate with technical teams to provide clients with innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the value of IT services offered.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support business profitability.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and sales tactics.
Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and account status using CRM tools for accurate forecasting.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and client feedback.
Ensure timely follow-up on all client inquiries and issues to foster long-term business relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in IT Services or Consulting, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Sales Management certifications to demonstrate expertise in the field.
Experience working in the UAE market, with a deep understanding of local business practices and cultural nuances.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is highly advantageous.
Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and client needs, transforming insights into actionable strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire confidence in stakeholders.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving client challenges.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while taking initiative on individual projects.
Adaptability to rapidly changing market conditions and the ability to pivot strategies to meet evolving client needs.
