Job details

We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and supporting cost-effective purchasing to meet our company’s operational needs. A detailed JD will be given upon hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute day-to-day procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and order management.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best pricing and quality.
  3. Assist in implementing procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  4. Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
  5. Collaborate with internal departments to understand and fulfill procurement requirements.
  6. Track and report key procurement metrics to monitor efficiency and performance.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain functions.
  3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
