As we continue our ambitious growth trajectory, we are looking for exceptional talent to join our team and drive our vision forward. Key Responsibilities

  1. Partnership Development
    1. Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities in line with Sokin's strategic expansion in the MENA region.
    2. Negotiate and formalize strategic partnerships that create long-term value and revenue growth.
    3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and execution of partnership initiatives.
  2. Relationship Management
    1. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and mutual success.
    2. Develop tailored engagement strategies to enhance partner satisfaction and drive referral-based business growth.
    3. Serve as the primary contact for partners, addressing concerns, resolving challenges, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  3. Market & Sector Focus
    1. Leverage existing experience and networks within key sectors such as fintech, B2B credit, payroll solutions, e-commerce, and digital transformation agencies.
    2. Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and competitive landscape, particularly within the UAE and broader GCC region.
Requirements About the Role:
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive business development experience in remittance, e-commerce, or financial services, with a proven ability to drive revenue and business growth.
  • Strong track record in identifying, establishing, and managing strategic partnerships.
  • In-depth knowledge of remittance, e-commerce, and payment solutions within the UAE and GCC markets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and leverage data-driven insights.
  • Prior experience in a FinTech, start-up, or high-growth environment within payments, remittance, or e-commerce is highly desirable.
  • Passion for financial innovation and a deep understanding of emerging technologies in the payments ecosystem.
  • Proven success in generating and converting business opportunities into sustainable revenue streams.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
