Responsibilities:
- Engage customers through dynamic presentations that demonstrate product benefits, tailored to their specific needs.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct in-store product demonstrations that educate potential buyers and drive immediate sales.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide insights that influence future marketing strategies.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer inquiries and objections.
- Ensure promotional materials are well-displayed and stocked, creating an appealing shopping environment.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or promotional environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or business is preferred.
- Industry Experience: Background in consumer goods, electronics, or relevant industries is advantageous.
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of success.
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset for diverse customer engagement.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a persuasive demeanor to influence purchase decisions.
- Personal Qualities: Outgoing, energetic, and adaptable, with a passion for sales and customer interaction.
