  1. Sales & Business Development: Identify and target potential B2B clients, including event agencies, corporate event planners, and restaurants. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  2. Product Selling: Present and sell exclusive experiences for restaurants, focusing on enhancing customer experience and improving operational efficiency through technology.
  3. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers are fully satisfied with the products and services provided. Regularly check in with clients to ensure smooth implementation and long-term success.
  4. Promoting the company’s location: Manage clients to come to the company’s location for privatized events.
  5. Account Management: Manage existing accounts, follow up on renewals, and ensure client needs are met with ongoing support and new offerings.
  6. Market Research & Marketing: Participate in market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activity. Contribute to marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
  7. Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track and report on sales activities, results, and forecasts to the management team.
  8. On-site Visits: Attend meetings and site visits to engage with clients, provide demonstrations, and ensure product installations meet client expectations.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tech or digital solutions space.
  2. Strong sales skills, with the ability to build relationships and close deals.
  3. Previous experience in selling to restaurants or event agencies is a plus.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  6. A good understanding of digital products and technology solutions, particularly in the restaurant or events industry.
  7. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  8. Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site visits.
