Experienced People and Culture Manager | Hospitality | Technology | FMCG

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a wide range of responsibilities, from overseeing apartment maintenance to handling day-to-day administrative tasks. This role demands exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and arranging appointments.
Handle all correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the executive’s residences.
Coordinate with service providers and vendors for repairs and maintenance tasks.
Assist in the planning and coordination of both business and personal events.
Provide support for personal projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
Superior organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Familiarity with Dubai’s local services and amenities is advantageous.
A valid driver’s license with the flexibility to travel as required.
