Job description Job Title: Real Estate Admin (Sales Coordinator) Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate sales activities for real estate properties.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, and investors.
Conduct property viewings and provide market insights.
Achieve sales targets and handle negotiations.
Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation.
Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies.
Assist in marketing efforts, including creating property listings and promotional materials.
Manage and update property databases and records.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
Fluent in English (additional languages such as Filipino are a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
UAE driving license preferred.
