  1. Lead the development of aluminum expansion strategies and feasibility studies.
  2. Spearhead business transformation initiatives, focusing on selecting cutting-edge equipment and technology.
  3. Collaborate with consultants and vendors to ensure optimal technology and material choices for our projects.
  4. Oversee the development and negotiation of EPC contracts, ensuring efficient contractor management alongside internal and external experts.
  5. Conduct financial modeling (IRR, NPV, and payback period calculations) and analyze various scenarios to support critical decision-making.
  6. Ensure seamless project coordination and communication with Project Development and Execution teams.
  7. Promote and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, or a related field (master's degree or professional certification is a plus).
  2. Extensive experience with the techno-commercial aspects of large-scale aluminum project development.
  3. Proven expertise in aluminum processing facilities is highly desirable.
  4. Strong background in conducting pre-feasibility and feasibility studies for industrial projects.
  5. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and critical thinking skills.
  6. Experience working with international experts and consultants.
  7. Proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis (IRR, NPV, payback period calculations).
