Job details
Responsible for end-to-end loyalty program management. Responsible for UI and UX journeys. Responsible for campaign management. Work closely with the data team for campaign performance analysis and reporting. Drive digital experience online on all eCommerce portals and apps. Support in designing engaging content for digital channels. Responsible for creative designs and content development. Build and manage customer journeys both in-store and on digital platforms. Support in the launch of new loyalty program initiatives and program enhancements. Promote the loyalty program across all touchpoints. Draft processes and implement and manage for the smooth functioning of the loyalty program. Work closely with stores for loyalty program promotion and train store staff. Manage budget and accounting. Manage social media activities for the program. Vendor management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
