Job Description Job Title: Arabic Teacher with ADEK Approval (Female/Male) Location: Al Ain UAE Recruitment Company: REAP HR & RECRUITMENT SERVICES Job Type: Full Time School: Reputable Educational Institution Start Date: Immediate joiner Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and passionate Arabic Teacher (female/male) of any nationality to join one of our reputable schools in Al Ain . The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Arabic language and culture with the ability to create an engaging and interactive learning environment. This is an exciting opportunity to have a meaningful impact on students' academic growth and cultural development. Key Responsibilities:

Teach Arabic language (Modern Standard Arabic and/or Dialectal Arabic) to students of various age groups and proficiency levels.
Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and ensure the advancement of students' language skills.
Assess student progress regularly through tests, assignments, and class participation, providing constructive feedback.
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student engagement and language acquisition.
Foster an appreciation for Arabic culture and literature among students.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and improve curriculum content and teaching strategies.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language Education or a related field.
ADEK approval Appointment letter (Mandatory)
Teaching certification (preferred).
Proven experience in teaching Arabic, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong knowledge of Arabic grammar, literature, and culture.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse student needs and learning styles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
A passion for teaching and inspiring students.
