JOB PURPOSE If you are willing to drive execution excellence, 3P Merchandisers capability building & business transformation agendas, while managing multiple projects at a time, then this role is just for you! WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
  1. Implement world class execution excellence in the market in line with perfect store guidelines for assigned customers.
  2. Lead end to end 3rd party merchandising suppliers for assigned customers to ensure maximum ROI.
  3. Track & monitor 3P contract counterparts and provide necessary feedback & action to all stakeholders.
  4. Engage as main point of contact with 3P merchandisers, team leaders & management to ensure OTIF new cascades, guidelines and other direction.
  5. Conduct weekly field visits & audits to evaluate execution and provide feedback with corrective actions to CD and 3P teams.
  6. Lead in the weekly execution review forum to evaluate performance with CD & 3P merchandising teams.
  7. Drive initiatives to improve our overall in-store presence. (OSA/SOS/Off shelf/Planogram/Placement).
  8. Provide constant & robust feedback on competitor activities and propose course of action.
  9. Handle digitization projects & streamline reporting tools with 3P Merchandising suppliers.
  10. Perform periodical reviews of merchandising teams in the assigned region and take immediate corrective actions.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is a minimum.
  2. +2 Years in Sales Experience, Business Development or Trade Marketing within FMCG.
  3. MS Office, Power BI & technical skills in data management.
  4. Experience in working across multiple business teams and balancing multiple priorities.
  5. Experience in CD fundamentals.
  6. High degree of business acumen.
