Job details
Implement, coordinate, and monitor HSE programs to ensure health and safety for residents, staff, and visitors. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective measures. Oversee the Managing Agent's HSE and ensure the service provider complies with health safety and environmental standards. Education: Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or an engineering discipline. Minimum: Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or an engineering discipline. Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience. Experience with city management organizations would be an advantage. Experience in HSE operations. Able to advise and support engineering and construction safety-related matters. Working knowledge of city management/real estate operations. Experience in Qatar or GCC will be preferred. Working knowledge of HSE management platform and Microsoft Office applications suite. Behavioral Skills: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English and preferably in Arabic. Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills. Internal and external customer service orientation. Company Industry:
