Job Description
- Greet and assist customers
- Provide product information (features, pricing, services)
- Answer customer inquiries
- Compare prices and features for customers
- Cross-sell additional products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Handle merchandise returns
- Collaborate with the sales team for peak service
- Inform customers of discounts and offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Job Requirements
- Proven background in retail sales or similar roles.
- Understanding of the retail sales process and consumer behavior.
- Basic math skills and knowledge of inventory procedures, and track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships and ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- High school degree is a must
