Senior Sales Specialist

Job Description

• Greet and assist customers 
• Provide product information (features, pricing, services) 
• Answer customer inquiries 
• Compare prices and features for customers 
• Cross-sell additional products
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Handle merchandise returns
• Collaborate with the sales team for peak service
• Inform customers of discounts and offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Job Requirements

• Proven background in retail sales or similar roles.
• Understanding of the retail sales process and consumer behavior.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of inventory procedures, and track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships and ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• High school degree is a must
