Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Location: Dubai Employment Type: Full Time Salary Offered: 4k AED - 5 AED Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies across multiple platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for driving business growth through digital channels. Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
  2. Campaign Management
    • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
    • Create and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
    • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  3. Content Management
    • Collaborate with content writers and designers to produce high-quality marketing materials.
    • Manage the company’s website ensuring it is optimized for user experience and search engines.
    • Publish and schedule engaging content on social media platforms.
  4. SEO and Analytics
    • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
    • Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and other tools.
    • Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  5. Email Marketing and Automation
    • Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
    • Implement and manage marketing automation tools for better efficiency.
  6. Collaboration and Reporting
    • Work closely with sales, design, and development teams to align digital efforts with overall business goals.
    • Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI.
Key Requirements
  1. Education and Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing or related roles.
  2. Technical Skills
    • Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
    • Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
    • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  3. Core Competencies
    • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content strategy.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Creative problem-solving and time-management abilities.
  4. Preferred Skills (Optional)
    • Experience in e-commerce marketing or conversion rate optimization.
    • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant areas.
