Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Front Office team in preparing for daily arrivals in terms of room allocation and checks traces for any special requests of the guests.
  2. Provide a warm welcome to the guests, and oversee VIP arrivals and departures.
  3. Keep an updated record of the guests' information in the system and handle complaints and concerns.

Qualifications

  1. Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5-star hotel setting.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
