Through collaboration with teachers, school leadership, and external partners, SRI Counsellors ensure that students are equipped with the resilience, self-awareness, and future-ready skills needed for lifelong success. Skills Person specifications:
  1. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in counselling, with a focus on working with young people and children in a school environment. A Master’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  2. Have a minimum of four years counselling experience in an international school, covering all school stages (ages 3-18).
  3. Proven track record of enhancing counselling and well-being services for students.
  4. Have a willingness to collaborate and share their outstanding practice.
  5. Have a growth mindset, whereby they are reflective and solution-focused.
  6. Possess excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with colleagues, students, and parents.
  7. Have aspiration to work in a world-class school with real prospects for enhancing their career.
  8. Be willing to make a positive contribution to our school community and culture through active engagement in our extra-curricular programme and community-based events.
