Marketing Manager for Aesthetics, Laser, Skincare, and Dental Departments

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and manage the marketing efforts of our medical center, focusing on aesthetics, laser treatments, skincare, and dental services. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies, managing sponsored ad campaigns, and ensuring alignment across all promotional content. This role requires a strong leader who can coordinate with the script writer, marketing team, and healthcare professionals to deliver compelling campaigns that attract and retain clients. The Marketing Manager will also oversee social media presence, content creation, and advanced paid advertising strategies to drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for aesthetics, laser, skincare, and dental departments.
Identify new opportunities and innovative approaches to enhance brand visibility and client acquisition.
Sponsored Ads Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize sponsored ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
Track and analyze ad performance, ensuring a high ROI.
Stay updated on trends and algorithms to maximize ad impact.
Work closely with the script writer to develop content that aligns with marketing strategies and campaign goals.
Coordinate with the photography and creative teams to ensure consistent branding across all platforms.

Social Media and Content Marketing:

Oversee social media accounts and ensure engaging and consistent content is published.
Manage content calendars, campaigns, and posts to maintain a strong online presence.
