You’ll be responsible for:

Leading projects to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality requirements.
Guiding and coordinating with all relevant parties to understand and deliver project objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Delivering internal fee expectations together with appropriate risk mitigation and change management.
Determining and arranging project technical services and external resources required for project/s.
Delivering the project objectives in line with the project plan.
Engaging with Mace's HSW framework.
Updating and modifying project plans over the course of the project/s.
Managing intermediate level tasks and supporting the senior project manager.
Monitoring project timeframes and budgets, highlighting any risks and challenges.
Collaborating with relevant parties/stakeholders and ensuring quality systems are managed.
Participating in and recording relevant meetings.
Partnering with stakeholders in risk management and mitigation.
Coordinating and communicating with all project parties/stakeholders.
Responsible for the procurement of consultants and contractors.
Ensuring all approved handover documentation is coordinated.
Promoting business priorities through construction to production, digital & data and responsible business practices.
Managing design/consultant/contractor/supply chain teams.
Producing design and authorities programmes.
Constructively challenging clients and stakeholders to deliver optimum solutions.
Utilising the centre of excellence knowledge base and company best practices.
Working collaboratively towards net zero carbon transition.

You’ll need to have:

Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential.
A relevant degree qualification.
Experience in a similar project management role within the retail sector is desirable.
Ability to demonstrate flexibility and commercial awareness.
Knowledge of H&S standards and regulations.
Good commercial awareness and ability to challenge contractors.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive approach with effective project planning capabilities.
Experience in Microsoft Office.

You’ll also have:

Membership or working towards RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent.
Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects in the Residential sector.
Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
Commercial and financial acumen.
Experience of working on projects within large, diverse teams.
Experience of developing relationships with stakeholders.
Knowledge of carbon and sustainability considerations.
