As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in developing new sales opportunities and maximizing the potential of our existing customers in the MENA and Levant regions. You will be part of a highly skilled team of sales professionals, including Account Managers, Pre-Sales, and Technology specialists. Your role is crucial to the success of our sales, consulting, and support teams.Key Responsibilities
- Sell the RIB Complete Solution, an end-to-end management system for the construction industry, from tender to final account.
- Drive sales planning and structure, leading new opportunities within the construction sector, and articulate the value proposition clearly.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, expand the customer base, and identify new opportunities.
- Generate leads through prospecting and cold calling, and represent the company professionally, including C-level engagements.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to closure and account management, while achieving revenue and sales targets.
- Deliver accurate reports and pipelines, and maintain communication with technical consultants to meet client expectations.
Requirements
- UAE Driving License
- 3-5 years of sales experience in a dynamic sales environment with a proven track record of target achievement
- Experience in providing solutions based on customer needs and strong account management skills
- Proficiency in desktop software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize workload effectively

- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and juggle multiple tasks
