We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to grow our eCommerce store. You’ll manage paid ads, SEO, email campaigns, and social media to drive traffic and sales. Key tasks include analyzing performance, optimizing strategies, and creating engaging content. Experience with eCommerce platforms and digital tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends.
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.).
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, email, TV, etc.).
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on eCommerce.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing Shopify stores, including product listings, integrations, and themes.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and heatmap tools (e.g., Hotjar).
  • Ability to create and execute marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating content and ads.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
