An excellent opportunity for an IT System Admin has arisen with our client, a hospitality company based in Dubai: What will you do
- Maintain essential IT operations including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
- Handle business-critical IT tasks and procedures that provide a commercial advantage in a global marketplace.
- Enable faster and more innovative business processes and implement analytics for meaningful insights.
- Monitor system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
- Basic website design and development (Squarespace & Shopify).
- Support different departments with basic graphic design work, printing material, etc.
- Replace and upgrade defective or outdated components when necessary.
- Document any processes that employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system.
- Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems including all backups.
- Min 2 years experience as an IT System Admin in the hospitality sector.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Experience in managing and supporting servers, backup, and storage hardware.
- Experience in systems monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Strong command of MS Office & Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines.
- Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly.
- Experience with both iOS and Apple products is a MUST.
