Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated seasoned Sr. Business Development Executive with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of UAE experience to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and management.
  6. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  7. Use financial techniques to improve revenue.
  8. Sharp negotiation and networking skills.
  9. Identify business opportunities with key markets and customers.
  10. Travel within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
  11. Continually meet or exceed sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.
  12. Analyze target market and competition, crafting strategic engagement plans.
  13. Negotiate and close sales.
  14. Meet clients, negotiate, and close deals.
  15. Keep an updated customer database.
  16. Maintain and develop relationships with customers.
  17. Track and document calls and sales updates, client records.
  18. Prepare and present achievements and KPIs.
  19. Achieve monthly targets is a MUST.
  20. Available in UAE and ready to join immediately.
  21. Must have experience in the UAE market.
  22. Can speak English with excellent customer service.
Skills & Requirements:
  1. Minimum 4 to 5 years of proven experience in UAE.
  2. Knowledgeable and curious to learn.
  3. Strong communication skills.
  4. Working knowledge of MS Office.
  5. Motivated and inspired to go the extra mile.
  6. Thorough understanding of tricks & techniques.
  7. Actively involved in seeking out potential opportunities.
  8. Available to join immediately.
  9. Market planning, market research, and communication skills.
  10. Experience in developing and implementing business marketing strategies.
  11. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  13. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
