DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS; support the Subcontracts team in developing Invitations to Bid (ITBs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs). Coordinate responses to bidder inquiries and clarifications during the bidding process. Prepare and document minutes for meetings held by EPC Subcontracts Department. Assist in drafting commercial bid evaluations, identifying and escalating discrepancies to the Subcontracts Engineer. Develop and maintain comparison and evaluation sheets for subcontractor proposals. Contribute to the preparation and finalization of subcontract agreements and associated documentation. Manage and oversee the flow of documentation and correspondence with subcontractors, ensuring proper control and storage using electronic systems such as Documentation E-Room and FTP platforms. Coordinate and manage invoices with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely processing. Prepare and distribute detailed weekly and monthly reports as required. Facilitate the registration and qualification process for vendors and subcontractors. Maintain and update subcontract plans, proposal tracking registers, and invoice tracking systems on a regular basis. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor Degree in relevant field or minimum 5 years of experience in similar position. Experience in Renewables Energy and Oil and Gas EPCI Projects. Strong analytical skills required to review all SCM information and ensure accuracy as well as identify issues, concerns and potential mitigations. Experience with Subcontracts and general Supply Chain process and activities. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and successfully execute tasks in accordance with business objectives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook. Business acumen. Fully trained and knowledgeable with relevant Safety and Occupational Health & Safety standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
