Key Responsibilities:

Builds and manages long-term customer relationships/partnerships and is responsible for customer satisfaction through executing the sales process.
Seeks out, qualifies, and closes new sales opportunities, with a specific focus on new business growth.
Provides technical support and training to clients, ensuring they are well-informed about product features and benefits.
Achieves and exceeds sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Generates inquiries through market visits to contractors, consultants, retailers, dealers, and distributors.
Ensures customers are periodically updated on the latest software, catalogs, and information from Carrier wherever applicable (in coordination with the Application Engineering Team).
Continuous follow-up and updates for pipeline projects.
Creates quotations in line with the inquiry specifications and regular follow-up.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in sales engineering, with a focus on RLC & VRF systems in the UAE market.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex sales processes and achieving sales targets.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Valid Driving License
This role is for Emirati candidates

Additional Requirements:

Experience with high-profile projects in the UAE, particularly in Dubai.
Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to HVAC systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
