Key Responsibilities:

  • Builds and manages long-term customer relationships/partnerships and is responsible for customer satisfaction through executing the sales process.
  • Seeks out, qualifies, and closes new sales opportunities, with a specific focus on new business growth.
  • Provides technical support and training to clients, ensuring they are well-informed about product features and benefits.
  • Achieves and exceeds sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
  • Generates inquiries through market visits to contractors, consultants, retailers, dealers, and distributors.
  • Ensures customers are periodically updated on the latest software, catalogs, and information from Carrier wherever applicable (in coordination with the Application Engineering Team).
  • Continuous follow-up and updates for pipeline projects.
  • Creates quotations in line with the inquiry specifications and regular follow-up.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales engineering, with a focus on RLC & VRF systems in the UAE market.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex sales processes and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Valid Driving License
  • This role is for Emirati candidates
Additional Requirements:
  • Experience with high-profile projects in the UAE, particularly in Dubai.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to HVAC systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
